Private Firepit Group Reservation
Gather your favorite people for a cozy evening around one of four private firepit areas, each with seating for up to 12 guests for up to 2 hours. Your reservation includes the firepit, firewood, and admission passes for everyone in your group to enjoy the walking light show, Movies Under the Stars, the Twinkle Market, and any live music performances scheduled during your visit.
Warm up by the fire, take in the holiday lights, enjoy a festive movie or live music, and browse seasonal treats, gifts, and local vendors together. Live music admission is included when a performance is scheduled for your reservation date.
Who We Are
Elkhorn Shores is a stunning 22-acre campground nestled along the Elkhorn River in West Omaha. Towering mature trees provide plenty of shade for relaxing days at your campsite, while select RV and tent sites offer picturesque river views to enjoy as you wake each morning.
Each season brings a new way to experience the park. During the summer, guests can enjoy traditional camping along the river. In the fall, Elkhorn Shores transforms for Camp Fear & Nightmare Theater, combining spooky camping, firepit rentals, and movies under the stars during the Haunted Season.
Two winters ago, we partnered with a talented lighting group from Lincoln to create Magical Lights Omaha, a drive-through light show at Cunningham Campground. After taking a season to pause and reflect on that experience, we’re excited to return with an even more inviting and memorable holiday celebration.
This year, we are transforming to offer a fun and magical walk-through light show experience filled with our own Elkhorn Shores personality.
Guests can stroll through dazzling displays, gather around cozy firepits, enjoy Christmas movies under the stars, and browse a festive holiday vendor market featuring treats, cocoa, coffee, and gifts from local makers. It’s a new seasonal tradition designed to bring families and friends together for meaningful moments and memories that shine for years to come.
